7 a.m.: slice of whole grain toast w/apple butter, coffee w/ff 1/2 and 1/2
After Boot Camp class (around 10:30 a.m.)
grapefruit wedges (the jarred kind in juice)
2 egg whites/1 whole egg omlette with sauteed red peppers and pine nuts (yum)
Lunch:
grilled fish
mashed potatoes
side of veg.
Dinner:
Sauteed swiss chard with dried cherries
Pan-fried tofu with apricot sauce
Bulgur
Snacks:
apples, oranges, salad, cheese sticks
