Hello, everyone.
My name is Crystal and I am so thankful that I've found this site. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember but since my mother died 3 years ago, I've gained about 60 lbs and I am so depressed. I feel terrible and I look terrible. I really need help and support from people that I don't know because even though my friends would support me, I would rather keep this to myself, for now anyway.
Thanks for "listening" and I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and to losing the 120 lbs of weight that I need to lose.
