Kashi 7 grain waffles

    Does anyone know if I can eat Kashi frozen waffles? There are 170 calories in 2 waffles, 3 g of fat, 330 mg of sodium, 130 mg of Potassium and 6g of fiber, 8g of proteina nd 4 g of sugar. Iwa thinking I could eat one for a starch.

    I think 1 would count 1 waffle as 2 starches...just me though. Maybe Cassi can get in here.

    I've used the multi-grain Eggo ones before and counted 1 as 1 starch . . . .

    From purple book - 1 lowfat waffle = 1 starch
