Try not to do so much you could possibly make things worse. Also, I know for myself that as I was loosing weight the scale would stay the same most of the month and then a few days prior to my TOM it would go UP about 1-1 1/2 pounds and then a day or so after my TOM the scale would drop!!!! a good six pounds or so. Just keep going you WILL get there.

sorry about your morning. Be careful with your back. It's better to have one day off from excercise to heal than to hurt yourself to the point that you'll have to take 6 weeks off....take it easy until you're ready. As for the scale, as long as your eating the way you should the scale will catch up. Hang in there hon!
