Hello all,
So glad I found this site. It has such great advice and from real people who are working hard to get healthy every day.
I am 41 years old and from Roanoke Va. I have been overweight since I was in my late twenties.
Starting Atkins tomorrow. The foods you eat seem like something I could follow, so hopefully it will work for me.
Hope to read about all of you on soon, I have read some, but there is a lot to read through.
