I decided to do the 21 day boost that was posted previously. I read through the summer thread and was just wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of results they saw when the 21 day boost was over. I just need a little light at the end of the tunnel. I did TO this weekend, then had 2 POP days on regular plan and am finishing up my 2nd day of replacing. My scale jumped like 4 pounds this morning and I cannot figure out why. I wondered if it was the slimfast but that doesn't make sense to me.
