  • My plan's not nearly so structured as you guys...but here it is, for what it is.

    Water: 2 1-liter bottles
Exercise: WATP 2-mile, 15-minute ab DVD
Food: Usual for breakfast and lunch. No dinner.
Party tonight, in lieu of real dinner: 1 mimosa. 1/4 muffin. 1/4 cup hot chocolate. Possibly also small bit of a waffle. (It's a pajama-party, all breakfast foods and stuff.)

Your plan sounds good! I only structure myself so closely because I'm just starting out, and if I don't structure, and tally my cal intake at the end of the day, I would probably cry! With a detailed plan, I create my control, if that makes sense It also makes me more organized in my daily life because I don't have to worry about the food part, something that has consumed me for so long. It's like a weight off my shoulders (and hips!).

Hope you have fun at your slumber party!
