You know you are there-come post! I have been doing well for the past two days after AF hit with a vengeance. I actually ran and lifted yesterday and today!! And I am counting and writing down my points!!! Hopefully I'll see results....how are the rest of you doing??

I am still not doing as well as I could be. I am ok to exercise (I was having spotting after exercise, but my doc thinks my AF is going to show up soon). So I shall run tonight and start lifting again on Friday and go to WW on Friday as well!

I'm giving it another round a go - this time I fall under the 30's portion of the thread.

It's nice to see some familiar names and the changes that have come about.

Thinking of rejoining WW on Sunday w. a local friend here; and I weekly do see an RD/nutritionist so I'm going to see what her thoughts are.

I'm feeling my way around the 3FC site again and checking out other threads to see what's going on where.

I had a successful day yesterday; and after seeing my RD I managed to make it through the night w.out bingeing. Whew!

Today is off to a good start - not too hectic at work and I am looking forward to my days off coming ahead.

LoriD: Yup she's a cuddly one, such a happy baby too, even though she's teething. Unfortunately I had troubles breastfeeding so I stopped at 3.5 months, but she's doing great!

Hi all - I work Saturday's so I'm often @ the computer.

Ali - The baby is absolutely adorable. God bless! My son is now 9 and it makes me remember back ( way back ) about the baby days and how they don't come w. instruction manuals. That's great about breastfeeding for that long - I couldn't accomplish that task.
