I was diagnosed with PCOS three years ago, and I topped the scales at 265 lbs, then October 2005 I finally got sick and tired of being so overweight and out of shape so I started eating less and eating *healthier*, as well as walking and doing tae bo which helped me get down to 225 in only two months, then I started taking metformin in January of this year, which helped me lose more weight (20lbs), despite being too sick to exercise. The met made my tummy very ill for the first month, which threw me out of my exercise routine and which I have yet to resume unfortunetly lol. But even so, I still try my best to eat healthy and with a combination of that and the met, I've still managed to maintain my weight at about 200lbs for the past 9 months. I really do need to start exercising again though, as I would love to get down to 150lbs eventually; which I know I can do dagnammit!
