I had a lb lost this week- second week in a row- and I'm wondering if it's the carbs in my diet. I want to loose atleast 2 lbs per week. I'm going to the gym 5-6 days a week cardio 1 hr, weights 15-20 mins. today I start with a trainer.
Here's my fit day: can someone tell me if it's the carbs keeping me from loosing more? My nutritionist didn't mention it.
