Fat Smash Weekly weigh in 11-6 to 11-12

  • Morning Everyone!

    I hope you don't mind that i started this today. I'm just so excited! I lost another 3 lbs! That makes 20 lbs gone in 37 days!! YES!! Only 7 more to make my goal by the end of the month and 4 more to make my ONDERLAND/Thanksgiving goal!

  • Good Morning Fellow Fat Smashers!!!

    This is my unofficial weigh in since I weighed in on Saturday and I was a little under the weather and wasn't eating much but I liked how the number sounded so I decided to post it anyway.

    Also the pants I am wearing are so baggy right now they are falling off of me

  • Okay, I am trying to start again. I really had a bad week last week, and was really sick. But it is 4:21 and I feel sooooo great~
    I just weighed myself and I am still at 173. Same as last week. I did convice the teacher in the next room to try it with me. It was much nicer eating boca chili with someone else. I just said on another thread that I feel more prepared this time. Let's see. I need your motivation. 20 lbs in 37 days is amazing!!!!! I am so happy to have found this group!!!!

    Nikki~ That's great that you have a fellow teacher to smash the fat with you. How are ya doing?

    Jenn~ I am having trouble getting those last few lbs off, too. Maybe it is a mental block? I am going to do it with detox! I have 7 more days to go. I only need to lose 4 more lbs. I know I can do it! You only need a couple more lbs to go until you reach onederland. YOU CAN DO IT! DON'T GIVE UP!

  • I am on Phase II, and was scared to weigh myself this week because of the cookies I ate this weekend.

    I updated my ticker as of friday (because I have been weighing myself twice a week )

    But for the official week weigh in with my bad cookie day!

    I lost 2.4 pounds!

    I am so excited! Things are actually moving for me. I will start Phase III today! Yay! Anyone on Phase III?

    And dont worry about a couple of bad days, its all about weighing the good with the bad. I am very happy with this plan! I have lost 12 pounds in about a month (for me thats nuts)

  • OK I went ahead and weighed even though when i started detox again Monday I said I wouldn't until the 9 days were up. I lost 1 little old pound...down to 150 for me. Not great since when I was at this point in detox before I had already lost 4 or 5 lbs. But I am trying to be realistic and I know I probably won't lose like I did the first time around. Maybe I need to shock my body w/ some meat?! If I can just lose 1 more lb by the end of my 9 days, I will be happy. I don't know how many years it has been since my body saw weight in the 140s! I would have to guess about 4 years or so. I haven't cheated on detox and beginning Sunday (I am out of town today and tomorrow) I am going to do double workouts until detox ends. Maybe that will help! Have a great weekend everyone! Lem
  • This is my first day on Phase I. Kinda scary starting another diet again. I hope to have much more success with this diet though.
    So my official starting weight is 181lbs.

    No way! I gave them their walking papers! Let them know I will call them, not them call me! Did not leave a forwarding address!

    I feel so great! 35 more to go! Or a size 7 with a toned boby! That's what I'm looking for!
  • Congrats to the "few" losers this week. I'm glad I weighed myself 3 times this week since my weight was all over the place. On Wed. I gained around 1.2 lbs., yesterday I lost .4 and today I gained .2.

    I am going to reduce my calories by 100 daily (to 1500) next week and depending on how I feel, I might have a detox day tomorrow or one day next week.
  • What should I expect?
    I was just wondering what I should expect on Tuesday (the last day of Phase 1 for me). If I don't see a big diff, should I stay on 1 a little longer?

    Any advice is helpful. I have learned that I LOVE vegetarian chili. It is good. And, I have noticed that by the end of the day, I still feel good. I think all you vegetarians out there are on to something!
  • Nikki, one size does not fit all as far as weight loss on detox. At a starting weight of 140 on FS I lost 4 lbs. on detox. Not bad after having already lost over 10 lbs. on different plans. Some have lost over 10 lbs. but they are usually heavier to begin with.
  • Nikki, thats up to you. I am sure you will lose some lbs on Tues. I lost 6 lbs on P1 first time around, I tried to go to P2 and ate everything in sight for 3 days so I felt I wasn't ready for it yet, I couldn't trust myself w/ the portions of meat. So I went back on P1 for another 9 days ofter 3 days off of it. I have lost 3 more lbs on the 2nd round of detox so far. I will weigh in Wed morning for my final loss on this detox. I am REALLY bored with the food after doing almost back to back detox so I am going to try to add meat back in but only seafood, fish & chicken for me. I am staying off the cheese because I love the mozzarella veggie shreds so much I don't miss the cheese. Otherwise I am going to follow P2 as much as I can.
