Okay... This is it in a nutshell... I wanna get on LA Weight loss, but I simply cannot afford it..

I know its a lot to ask, but if I provided basic info such as hgt, wght, amount of time exercise/week... can some one email and/or guide me through the book/process of LA Weight loss?

Serious- try looking on ebay or some of the other auctions sites, sometimes you can get all the books on there for a reasonable price.

In a nutshell-if you can't afford it, then choose another plan.

I am not trying to sound flip, but it is illegal for someone to send you the exact LAWL materials and plan without you paying for them. It is one thing if you had a sister or something on the plan with similar stats who was willing to share-but another totally to come to a public forum and solicit for the plan for free, when everyone else has paid for it. Also, I cannot allow other members here to share the full plan with you here on the forum-simply because the full plan IS property of LAWL, and there are copyright legalities, and it is not allowed on the forum because of that.

If you want to lose weight, but cannot afford LAWL, then don't lose heart. LAWL is very expensive-so because of that, it isn't for everyone. There are plenty other plans that are much less expensive, and have great success rates as well. Check around the rest of the forum until you find something that will work within your budget.

Also - go and talk to an LAWL councelor. My dh did that and a few months later, they called with a special offer and that's the ONLY way he could have joined.

I understand your dilemna. I paid (with credit card ) for LAWL about six years ago, gained back most of the weight and more and decided this time to buy the plans on ebay since I'd thrown away all my program materials. It's working well for me doing it on my own. I don't feel guilty about it as I did pay for the whole thing before, just couldn't bring myself to pay for it twice. Good luck with whatever you decide.
