My name is Jenn and I'm 20. I live in South Jersey and spend all of my weekends at my shore house. Every summer, the beach gets filled with people who look like they just walked out of a magazine. I love the beach and being down the shore, and my boyfriend and I spend all of our free time down there with my family. BUT I just want to be able to feel good about myself this summer of 2007.
My method of dieting is counting my calories and I am officially starting my diet tomorrow morning. I work at a bank (Commerce to be exact) and our branch is small and its like a mini family. We are constantly eating junk food and pizza while at work. I need advice and ideas for healthy food to bring to work (and even for the weekends because I live off of takeout down the shore)!
Sorry to keep going on and on but this is really important to me, and even though my boyfriend says he loves me no matter what, its hard for him to understand because he is fit and healthy and works out a lot too
