Thursday Planning

  • Thursday already?! Its been a good week so far - I am going to finish on target. This would be the time when I slide back down into bad habits. I have crossd the hump so thats a good start

    Here is the plan for tomorrow

    B - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 wholegrain toast w/light peanut butter, white coffee
    S - Apple, green tea
    L - WW Seafood Risotto, craisins
    S - Greek yogurt w/mango compote
    D - Chicken and Tomato Pasta
    S - Lite jelly

    Exercise - Yoga
  • B - Lowfat yogurt, 1 slice ww bread
    S - 2 egg whites
    L - Tofu & lean meat
    S - Ham or PB sandwich
    D - Veggies & lean meat
    S - Piece of fruit

    Hey everyone.
    Today's plan.
    B: Cheerios w/ milk
    S: Peaches and Kiwis, boiled egg
    L: Pasta w/ peanut butter toast
    S: Buttered popcorn
    D:?? I'm going to go for poultry and 2 veggies.. not sure which yet
    S: I may treat myself with a scoop of ice cream (measured, of course!), and frozen fruit

    E: Walking, walking, walking!
    W: 1500mL

    Also, to get more calories in my day, I think I may introduce an additional snack. I usually have breakfast at 7am, then snack at 10ish, Then lunch at noon. Mornings are when we need the most energy, and I'm having trouble eating so much that when I eat each meal, even the small portions look daunting, so I may make some of the morning portions smaller, but eat a little more frequently. I was thinking breakfast at 6:30am, Snack at 8am, Snack at 10am, Lunch at noon. The morning is when I do fruits, so both snacks would end up being fruit of some kind.

    L: Left over chicken stir fry and rice wrapped in whole wheat tortilla, Green Pepper strips
    D: Chicken nachos (homemade)
    S: Celery and peanut butter

    Water: 3L (I got 3.5 yesterday! )
    WO: 40 minutes walking
  • B: SF Jello, 1 slice toast w/SF jelly
    L: Peanut butter and crackers
    S: 1/2 cup brown rice w/seasonings
    D: tuna and veggies, some kind of dairy (yogurt?)
    S: spinach and cheese
  • B: soy sausage, ff milk
    S: pomegrante
    L: porkchop, brown rice, carrot, squash
    S: apple, yogurt
    D: enchiladas (healthy ones)
  • Today didn’t go as planned after a horrible exam a group of us decided to go out to the bar for lunch. Bad plan! Long Island, Beer, and a slice of pizza. But the pizza was just cheese and I blotted it to get the grease off of it and limited myself to just one slice even when there was some left on the table. And I drank light beer which is better then normal. I limited myself on how many to only a few beer so it could have been work.
