Its been a good week so far - I am going to finish on target. This would be the time when I slide back down into bad habits. I have crossd the hump so thats a good start
Here is the plan for tomorrow
B - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 wholegrain toast w/light peanut butter, white coffee
S - Apple, green tea
L - WW Seafood Risotto, craisins
S - Greek yogurt w/mango compote
D - Chicken and Tomato Pasta
S - Lite jelly
Exercise - Yoga
