Weekly Weigh-In, October 29-November 4

    Me: from 202 down to 197.5: 4.5lbs down.
    This is abnormal, not something I do regularly, don't worry. Getting back on track after falling off the wagon always has nice big results (But in reality I'm just back where I started before the fall!)

    I've lost 3 lbs!!! And it's the first day of TOM!!! I lost weight instead of gaining!

    I lost 3 lbs also! Go Me! REally been watching my food intake.

    Today's dreaded weigh-in. And I say that with heavy heart. I had a really bad day today, and have avoided posting my weight. But since Friday is almost over, here goes.

    277.2 down from 279. I know that's definitely a success, and it feels good and elating, but it's hard to enjoy it when after weighing myself, I proceeded to have a bad day.

    But tomorrow is a new day. GO GO GO!
  • I'm down one pound from 240 to 239 which isn't that good normally I loose 2 pounds a week but I think I'm retaining water water because it was my week of my BC and that normally happens to me so I'm going to check again tomorrow because I have been back on for 3 days and normally by then I loose all the water.
  • I'm currently stuck at 177 lbs. I'd like to think that I'm having technical difficulties with my ticker
