    L- turkey and whole cranberry sauce on whole wheat (mayo), carrots
    S- popcorn (butter) - watching scary movies today!
    D- whole grain Mac & Cheese, steak salad
    S- carrot cake

    10/29-
    B- leftover mac & cheese
    S- carrot cake
    L- leftover steak on whole wheat (mayo)
    S- MORE carrot cake
    D- sashimi

    (Moral of my story - don't buy carrot cake when I goto Whole Foods)
