S-U-C-C-E-S-S Challenge - Tuesday

  • Everyone must be as busy as I am the last few days. Jumping in and out with little time to post.

    Tuesday ~~ CAD

    B- 3 decaf - busy and forgot
    L- wonderful Mexican chicken salad w/ goat cheese (5 chips)
    D-Ham steak-carrots-broccolli

    Water-80 oz so far - 2 diet pepsi (have to stop these)

    And if DH's mood doesn't improve (4 days of his PMS now !) He may drive me to drink tonight!

    Excercise

    None yet but hoping to do something tonight other than move my fingers across this computer!

    Pamper for the Day

    Hmmm, I took the time to get my shower in first thing this morning. But the "ME" part was that I made DH wait for me in the office and put on "my face" and did my hair! What a difference that makes in how I feel about myself for the day.

    COME ON GIRLS! LET'S NOT LOSE SIGHT OF OUR COMMITMENTS. ONE DAY AT A TIME AND WE WILL BE S-U-C-C-E-S-S- ful !!!
  • OK, here's my Tuesday:
    Exercise - 5:30AM - 40 minutes of exercise with dumbbells. This really starts my day. I feel better all day long when I exercise or walk first thing in the morning.

    B/ Ham and cheese omelet - 16 oz. decaf.
    57 oz. water
    L/ Leftover chicken breast with bacon and cheese on it.
    36 oz. water
    D/ Pork roast - summer squash - tossed salad
    1 cup decaf and more water.

    I'm at a real standstill right now, but not discouraged. I'm losing inches and that counts up.

    did fine till dinner then ate some crackers with the meal and then still ate them after!!!

    water did quite a bit still not up to the 120 that i should

    exercise YES and boy did i, plan on a hard day tomorow

    pamper had breakfast with a friend
