  • There are many chickies out here that would love to see the loss you are disappointed in...you are still losing not plateauing and even if it is smaller than normal it is a loss. Do Not give in to temptation....I am sure with your losing history you will have another big loss soon as long as you stay OP. You deserve staying OP, and you can handle it!

  • Beth - Don't forget, the LA estimate of 2 lbs per week is an average, and that average includes the big losses at the beginning.

    You're fine - stay with it!

    Stay calm - big losses will come and go, it's nice when they visit, but they don't visit every week!

  • Mom2crue - Okay, let's be honest... straying from plan DOES affect us - some more than others! And if that "stray" involved salt, it will affect some of us even more! So, let's chalk the 0.4 to the stray and realize that it IS still a loss!!! As Michelle said, some of these ladies out here would LOVE to get that 0.4 off their ticker... several with the same weight for months!
    So, 0.4 IS just fine!!! Get back POP, drink all your water, add some variety to your menu, eat all your food, and WATCH that scale do the hubba hubba!!!
    This works - you KNOW it does!!! As for discouraged?!? Girlfriend, you're eating healthier, your skin knows it, your hair knows it, your body knows it, your blood pressure knows it, your cholesterol knows it, AND - YOU KNOW IT!!! So, I'd say you're doing a GREAT thing and there is absolutely NOTHING to be frustrated about!!!
    Now, go look in the mirror at those gorgeous eyes that are staring back at you and see the healthier you!!!
    You can do this! You are DEFINATELY worth it and so it that cutie patootie in your avatar with you!!!
