Ok, I've never been a breakfast person... I can't stand to eat when I wake up it litterally makes me sick. I've been trying to eat cereal or something this week, and I feel lousy afterwards.
I know that it's the "most important meal of the day"....is it crucial or is there something else I could do or take instead of cereal and "normal breakfast foods"?? All suggestions welcome!
