Just thought I'd share this little tip... I like to eat a big salad before dinner to fill me up a little. But I like my salad with LOTS of dressing. So I use honey BBQ sauce and just a bit of ranch dressing on top. The BBQ sauce I buy is only 70 calories for 2 tablespoons, so even with a little ranch on top, I can have lots of dressing for only about 110 calories.
