    D- beef and barley soup, spinach, a clementine
    S- green tea w/honey
  • B-greek omelet (2 eggs, spinach, onion, feta)
    L-veggie lasagna (the last of it), yellow squash, romaine salad, baked apple
    D-thai tilapia, lots of oriental veggies, caramel apple
    S-oatmeal w/apple, cinnamon & walnuts, tea
