  • I'll be here with you at the first of the month. I'll still check in daily to see if anyone is here. We'll do the same as last month right. Finish off the October thread then go right to the November one right!

    My goals for November:
    1. Stay within my daily points 6 days out of 7. (Need a treat day!)
    2. Drink at least 64 ozs of water most days.
    3. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
    4. Lose 5 pounds!!!
    5. Journal, Journal, Journal!!!
    6. Come here daily.

  • I missed out on the October Challenge, so I'm glad you started this.

    Just a little about me, I joined WW about 7 weeks ago, I have weigh in number 7 tonight actually.

    My goals for November:

    1. Start exercising more!! Taking the dog for a walk at least 3 times a week.
    2. Drink all the water recommended daily (having a hard time with this one)
    3. I would also like to lose another 5-7 lbs. by the end of November.
  • i'll be here with ya girls. ) my goals are to get back into my workouts now that i'm finally 6 weeks postpartum .. drink my water lots and lots of water it makes a huge huge difference and stay on plan and not let my emotional side that likes to eat ruin my lifestyle change for me

    1. Exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes.
    2. Walk at least 5 days a week.
    3. Stay within my points.
    4. Journal my foods.
    5. Post daily.
    6. Lose 5 pounds.

    Ditto for last month. I really need to kick in the exercise.

    I'm not looking hopeful for weigh in - I was 1/4 lb from my October goal and I blew it this week. DANG IT!!!!

    Now to kick it up a notch. It's starting to get a bit tougher now.

    November Goals: Lose 5 pounds from wherever I land at the end of Oct.

    Walk those doggies! 4 times a week.

    Seriously focus on my water intake.

    No eating after 9pm!!!

    Feel free to verbally prod or poke me to see if I'm really on track!

    I have a picture of myself taken recently that REALLY upsets me. It's up on my fridge. I want to have a NEW picture up there come New Years's Day!

    1. Meet my first mini-goal of 10lbs (only 3.6 lbs to go!)
    2. Fit into my "fat" jeans easily.
    3. 3-4 days a week at the gym
    4. stick to points 6 out of 7 days
    5. get back to drinking my water
    6. Start my next mini-goal of the next 10lbs
  • Ok, this is my first official monthly challenge and my first time laying out my goals and being accountable to everyone here, so for November...here goes....

    1. Lose 10 lbs.
    2. Drink 64 oz. of water every day.
    3. Exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days each week.
    4. Stay within my points.
    5. Do my new pilates DVD 3 times each week.

    Please feel free to bust me if I don't stay on track. Let's help each other out. We can do this...one day at a time.

    starting weight- 146.75

    Goals for November
    1. drink 8 glasses water daily
    2. exercise 3 times a week (2 miles) and maybe some tae bo
    3. Lose at least 1.75 pounds
    4. Spend more quality time with the girls and make sure to give them their daily devotions

  • Ok ladies, Tomorrow is the 1st of November so let's get our butts into gear. No more excuses, let's get this weight off and go into November with a bang.
