I'm re-starting South Beach tomorrow ( 24 October)....do write in.....
So if my conversion is correct, you want to go from about 159 down to 121 in just under 7 wks. That's 38 lbs., at almost 5.5 lbs. a week?! That's a little ambitious hon!

Well, it's pretty ambitious, but I guess if you work really hard at it, you could to it. That comes out to about 2.5 lbs. a week. If you're exercising a lot, it may happen, but don't be too disappointed if you don't make it.
well they say 1-2 pounds is good. The more you weigh the more you can lose. Like for instance I am 5'4 and weigh 220. Since I have buckled down and been calorie counting AND I walk 60 minutes daily, I have been losing 2.5 pounds a week. SO yes it is possible. You just have to be highly motivated and have a great plan that works for your body!
