Red Team Stats.....lets Step It Up;)

  • We didn't do very good this week RED TEAM
    We came out with a GAIN this week instead of a loss
    As a team we are UP 1.5 pounds
    We did lose 8.8 pounds although we gained 10.3


    How about we get back up and lose lose lose....I'm ready to STEP IT UP

    We only had 16 weigh in's If all 16 of us report a loss next week we would have a nice loss next weigh in. I'm NOT adding to our % already LOST. That number will only be going down. I will add our gain to next weeks weigh in and REPORT OUR % LOST NEXT WEIGH IN

    COME ON RED TEAM ...We can't let our team down. We have to pull back together and give BLUE TEAM a challenge

    i have refocused as of yesterday ... and i will closely follow my plan for the week...goal...at least 2lbs for this up comming weigh in!

    I was a contributor to the gain. But I promise I am back on track and I am gonna work really, really hard to lose something this week. I promise you gals!!!

  • Sorry Red TEam.....I had a loss this week of 1 lb but with my new job, crazy hours, coming home dog dead tired.....I forgot to post it. Heck, I could hardly crawl up the stairs to find my bed let alone the computer. Next week will be better!!!!

    Week 2 (9/24- 9/30) -188.6 YAY!!!
    Week 3 (10/1- 10/7) -191.4 {+2.8 lbs }
    Week 4 (10/8- 10/14) -191 {-.4}
    Week 5 (10/15- 10/21) -191 {Stayed the same}
    Week 6 (10/22- 10/28) - 189 { -2 LBS}
    Week 7 (10/29-11/4) - 194.2 { + 5.2 LBS}
    Week 8 (11/5-11/11) -
    Week 9 (11/12-11/18) -
    Week 10 (11/19-12/25) -
    Week 11 (11/26-12/2) -
    Week 12 (12/3- 12/9) -

    And, you don't even need to copy your posts and repost. Just go into your last one and use the EDIT option at bottom right of the box to add your latest weekly weight. That way the thread won't get to a million pages long
