  • Monday- 3 mile WATP
  • Monday- Walked on the treadmill.
  • Monday: 2 miles in 30 minutes ....it was COLD out there!
  • Tuesday- Ramp it Up(40 m strength training)
    Wednesday- nothing(had cramps)
  • Wednesday: two miles in 40 minutes
  • Thursday- 3 mile WATP
  • Friday: I just got the WATP 1&2 mile DVD...since it was raining, I tried the one mile. Nice! I can see why others like them...
  • Friday- Walk Strong(strength and cardio intervals)
    Saturday- I'll do something but not sure what
  • Saturday: 2.25 mile walk
