I made my 1st 10% yesterday and also recieved my 25lb star magnet along with the key chain. That was my first mini goal on to the next 10%. That way my tatal weight lose won't me so overwhelming.

Just wanted to say congratulations. That 1st 10% is a real milestone. I took off 65 last year (half) and put 63 back on this year. But I'm back to WW and lost 7.2 pounds the first 10 days! Thanks for being one of the many inspirations. Blessings, Pam.

Don't you just love that keychain!! I carry mine around for no good reason. I got my 10% and my magnet at the same time also and the sweet lady who weighs us in wanted to know if I would like my magnet at the next meeting so everyone wouldn't know what my 10% was. I was so tickled I just stood there and laughed. I told her no I want it all baby!
When they called my name to give me my keychain I jumped up and did a dance. My meeting members thought I was nuts! But obtaining this goal was so unthinkable before and there I was doing it! So congratulations do a dance at your next 10%
