Old WW pumpkin muffin recipe

  • Does anyone still have an old recipe for WW muffins with pumpkin,prunes,4 slices whole wheat bread torn in small pieces, skim milk powder ,eggs etc?
It used to allow 3 muffins a serving for 1 bread, 1 fat, 1 protein,1 fruit.
I loved this recipe and unfortunately lost it.
    Thanks.
