Would it be impolite to laugh? It's only out of a stab of pure empathy.
And in the interest of full disclosure, I had a midnight snack attack of about 300 calories and made my healthy moderate day into a healthy non-calorie-deficit day (there were some lonely meatballs that needed some extra attention...)
I've been having a hard time keeping it together the past
week. It shows on the scale, too. Don't know what my deal is. Perhaps the self-sabotage is sneaking up on me...
I'll go post my plans on 10/21 and try to get it together myself.
