Okay... I have really been bad about my diet lately. This whole thing with my marriage falling apart has really taken it's toll with me. I have been eating so bad lately that I've actually GAINED some weight instead of losing. And the fact that I work in a restaurant doesn't help matters. But, I have decided that tomorrow is my new fresh start. The people at work don't believe me, which kind of makes me want to fight harder to follow my calorie counting, y'know? But, I have to do it. But, honestly, I have zero support at home and at work. I have my calorie counting book and my food and exercise diary all ready to go... What do you guys think of food combining?
