As far as frozen veggies go, most of them taste good and they are usually fresher than the fresh veggies you find in the supermarket because they are usually frozen pretty quickly after being picked.
I have found 2 exceptions to this: corn and artichokes.
I'm a raw person, but I will buy frozen if it will cut my cooking time and I can't tell the difference. I've also heard that the benefits of tomatoes are better when they are cooked.
But yeah, if you are not a veggie eater and are trying to eat more, get 'em how you can take 'em, you know?
