  • Well, yesterday's sun turned to buckets of rain all last night & into the early am - another early start for me - I hope this isn't another bout of insomnia setting in....

    Exercise:
    2 miles on the treadmill plus starting doing some Pilates exercises at home

  • Hey there Katie. I hear ya , and hope you have a better night's rest tonigh. Sometimes I go through phases of that myself... I used to keep Plato's Republic on my bedside table and then try to read a paragraph or two - seemed to do the trick. But sometimes nothing works. Grrrrrrr.
