  • Im getting a little worried by my goals, there are 9 weeks left until xmas, my running machine has broken and I am waiting for it to be repaired. My mp3 player is also broken so it makes exercise very mundane and ewwww.

I have an exam on Monday, and i am quite literally ****ting myself over it, hopefully that will be ok though. After that I should be able to concentrate back on me goals.

If I was in a gym I wouldnt have to worry about broken machines or overuse of machines.

Is it possible to loose 14lbs in 9 weeks - I know its only 2lb a week, but sometimes I really struggle, and as this is my overall target I think I might struggle even more. I cant remember the last time I was within the healthy bmi (I will be 23.3). Im just struggling at the moment because that machine was the only thing that has aided me to loose so much weight - none of the others seem to have the same impact!

    Help!
  • I would certainly struggle to lose 2lb a week continuously (althought everyone is different) I'm more a 2lb a month girl!

You've already lost so much and there's no harm in revising your goals a bit nearer the time. At 150 you might find that you're beginning to plateau as it's a good, healthy weight for most heights and builds.

    Well done so far.
  • I think I can, just need the running machine up and going again, and some real determination. Well I can get to at least 147 hopefully... was supposed to be by 31st but that wasnt really achievable anyway!
