I've been researching different woe and have heard great things about SB. I got some great info, from 3fc about glcyemic indexes. I've decided to follow the SB woe and went out this morning to buy the book. I live in a small town and can't find the book! I checked Walmart and Coles and even the second hand book stores..to not avail.
I'm going grocery shopping this afternoon and want to stock up on the right foods. I figure if I stick to foods with a low GI I should do okay. I have a couple of questions though... When I'm making choices, does everything have to be sugar free,or can sugar be an ingredient but not a main ingredient..ie if sugar is the 11th ingredient listed is it a no no.
Any other big tips that you can share would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
