To make it a bit lower in calories, I mixed it half and half with oatmeal before I cooked it. But a 1/2 cup serving of dry made a nice big bowlful! I chopped up a banana, added a small bit of brown sugar, low fat milk with pure vanilla powder and vanilla extract. It was fantastic and filling!!!
Wondering if anyone else has tried it???
