    S-apple, peanut butter, tea or salad-depends on my mood
    D-ground turkey meatloaf, baked sweet potato, broccoli, orange
    S-dark chocolate, tea
  • B-oatmeal, walnuts, blueberries, banana, OJ, coffee w/ skim
    S-Kashi trail mix bar, yogurt, plum
    L-pasta w/ marinara, apple, dk chocolate
    S-carrots and cauliflower w/ hummus
    D-probably leftover homemade chicken pot pie

    I'm sure there will be another snack floating around in there as well!

    stoneyfield farm ff yogurt
    1 pack kashi hot vanilla cereal

    S-sliced apple with natural peanut butter

    L- shaved chicken on whole wheat toast
    berry, psyllium, total cereal and ff yogurt parfiet (1 cup berries, 1/2 tablespoon psyllium husks, a dash of total cereal, and 1/2 cup yogurt)

    S- Kashi almond TLC bar

    D-Steamed Broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, and chives
    homemade whole grain noodles with stewed tomatoes and garlic

    S- hot cocoa (the real stuff)
