  • I just signed up to 3FC today, and I know I need a challenge to get myself motivated. Up until this point we have only been accountable to ourselves...and look where that has gotten us. Being accountable to others will increase our chances of success. Friendly competition is a great motivator . Please join me in trying to lose the highest percent of your current weight by 1/1/07.

    Flabbychick, why wouldn't you want to weigh yourself today? You will lose weight this week and it won't count towards your weightloss. I don't mind if you wait until then, but you will be losing weight and not getting "credit" for it and we will have an extra week to lose weight. It's up to you though.

    It doesn't matter what day you weigh in, just as long as it is the same day each week, so that we can compare how much everyone lost in a weeks time. This will also make it so that people who have a specific weigh-in day (i.e. weight watchers) can keep that day. Ideally, if you weigh yourself at home, Sunday would be a good day, because that was the day this challenge started. So whatever you weighed yesterday morning would be your starting weight. This will make it so that we will be doing this challenge for the same amount of time. Please let me know if you guys have a problem with this.
