Superstitious Friday Menu, October 13, 2006

  • Happy Birthday to my Big Sister!

    Breakfast: One serving oatmeal made with skim. A large banana cooked in with 1 tablespoon pecans (points). Yum.....just like banana nut pancakes!

    Lunch: I'm not sure since I think we are going out but it will include some fruit

    Dinner: Marinated Lemon Garlic Chicken (point for extra bit of healthy oil in marinade), oven fries, fresh green beans or can of waxed beans with a bit of smart balance light (points)

    Snack: Smoothie
  • Well all was okay until the hot fudge sundae at Mcdonald's this afternoon!!!

    Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage cheese w/tropical fruit, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO froufie roast, sweet potato, green beans
    banana

    Snack: the above mentioned no-no!

    Dinner: roast chicken, salad, steamed broccoli /cauliflower

    b--1 biscuit, ff gravy, 2 slices bacon
    l--2 slices diet bread, core chicken salad, 1 ww frozen peanut butter cup
    s--1 ww frozen pb cup and 4 miniature almond joys

  • Hey, I've seen worse melt downs you two! Shake it off, enjoy the memory and get back on the wagon. That's what I keep telling myself!
