    B: 6oz yogurt (80cal), 1 med apple (100cal), 1/2 peach (50cal), coffee

    L: lean cuisine meal of lemongrass ck w. brown rice and vegies (250cal)

    S: 1 piece string cheese (80cal), 1/2 peach (50cal)

    D: Spaghetti squash w. vegies (100cal), 1 piece of ck sauage (110cal) and tomato sauce (75cal)

    S: ff cottage cheese (120cal)
  • B- 1/2 cheese bun; 1 banana with peanut butter
    S- coffee with o cal vanilla syrup and skim milk
    L- going for sushi
    D- I really want a baked potato with light sour cream and bacon bits... what else to have, maybe some chicken and veggies with cheese sauce, yum
