What Have You Eaten So Far Today?

  • I thought this would be a good thread to keep us all accountable for our intake today. Just simply post what you're eating and how many points you've used so far. Hopefully this will inspire all of us to make smart food choices.

    My intake so far:

    B) 22 raw almonds - 4 pts
    coffee w/ splenda & cream - 1 pnt.

    L) chili - 4pts
    11 raw almonds 2 pts.

    S) banana - 2 pts.
    11 raw almonds - 2 pts.

    B) Baked onion rings - 3 (Yeah onion rings for breakfast, its my day off gimme a break!

    L) Burrito I made - 5

    D) Frozen Frech onion soup - 4
    Beer - 3
    Planning to have a frozen pizza later - 6
    and another beer - 3

    that will be my 24 pts for the day.

    Here's my plan for eating today. I should be able to stick with this easily. I won't have much time for snacking before or after dinner because I'll be with company.

    breakfast - mcdonalds fruit and walnut salad (snack size) - 4pts
    snack - blueberry ff yogurt - 1pt
    lunch - chili, salad w/low fat dressing, orange - 7pts
    snack - baked tortilla chips w/salsa - 3pts
    dinner - Cracker Barrel - grilled chicken tenders w/ bbq sauce, baby carrots, green beans, corn - 11pts
    evening snack - honeycomb cereal w/ 1 cup 2% milk - .5pts

    Total - 30 - perfect
  • My plan for today:

    Breakfast: WW Bagel w/ whipped Cream cheese 5
    Chocolate (not really planned) 2
    Lunch: Tuna & 100 calorie Ritz crackers 4
    Snack: Kiwi Fruit & yogurt 3
    Dinner: Ham sub from Subway 7
    Granola Bar 2

    Total points: 23
  • B: Oatmeal w/1% milk 3pts
    L: Chef salad w/egg, ham, bacon, lowfat dressing, and an apple 8pts.
    D: Sloppy joes (no bun for me!) veggies and a salad
  • Heres my points for today.

    1 slice wheat toast with a small spoon of peanut butter- 2 points(I think)

    Smart Ones Creamy Alfredo with chicken and broc- 6 points

    1 bag baked cheetos - 2points

    1 coke zero- zero points( I love coke zero)

    and about 4 .9 fl oz bottles of ozarka. (Having a water cooler helps at the office) and its free

    I really think I might try almonds for snacks from now on, sounds good!

  • Stayed on points yesterday

    I ended up eating some more baked chips - 2pts

    then I finished the night with workout(weights,20 mins cardio)

    dinner I had 2 boneless chicken breast- 4pts x 2 = 8pts

    and one plain potato with garlice and other good spices

    finished off the day with 25 points and 3 left over + the workout

    Day 1 is down.

    Today i started by waking up at 6 oclock this moring and went to the gym, (weights, 20 mins cardio)

    Breakfast was good

    2 eggs sunny side up, 2 pieces of slim toast, spices, 4 very thins slices of deli chicken, and a pinch of graded cheddar cheese( I eat this all the time, its very filling and I gotta say I make it taste pretty damn good without going overboard on points. This was only 7 points!

    So day 2 is starting off very well, I've also already had two waters.
