Hello, I am on day 4 of the detox phase, and was excited to come across this group!
The first day was hard, but I feel very healthy now...here is my daily diet
Bfast: Oatmeal and Fruit
Snack: Yogurt with Fruit
Lunch: Bean salad
Dinner: Rice and Beans
Snack: Piece of fruit
Lets hope this is somethign I can stick to!
