Hi Ladies,
I'm a self-confessed daytime dieter- nightime eater, meaning that I can be on points until I get home, then the stresses of home life or school obligations (I go to school part-time) or feeling like I wasn't productive at work just sends me down a spiral that makes me overeat and blow my points target for the day. Do you girls have any tips to avoid this constant cycle? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
