I'm guessing it's Charles78 - he's lost over 300 pounds.

Zelma (ZedAus) and Beverly (Boiaby) have lost around 190 pounds each.

After them, we have a number of posters who are in the 100+ Losers Club.

I think it is Lily because she lost 90lb while taking prednisone. Now that is an accomplishment!!!
