I'm sticking strictly to plan today and I'm planning on doing my PUSH dvd tonight - both the Bob workout and the Petra cardio. I dunno though, if I feel like I felt last night after work.........
BUT it's my LAST CHANCE before weigh-in Weds am!!! I am keeping that in mind and it's really helping me!
PS I'm also pushing water pretty hard, but will stop after my workout so I have time to flush it all!

I've been so bad....good thing I weigh in on Friday for this game. I am trying to stay on plan but have been very bad. I need to step it up because last wi i had a big fat gain!!!! Don't want to go letting down my red team again.

oh yeah i forgot everyone weighs on different days for this challenge, my weigh day just happens to be wednesday as well!
I ate OP today. And woke up super early to go to a step class at gym before work!
I did the Petra workout - ouch. They think that's a "brave beginner's" aerobics? It was a good sweat though, and I stayed in target HR 20 out of 30 mins.
