What would you do if you were GOD for a day?

3~ CAN'T WE JUST ALL GET ALONG?!

1) Certain folks in this trailer park would suddenly decide to be very fond of peace & quiet and nevermore blare their stereos. And their dogs would stop barking nonstop.

2) My husband would get a job.

3) ALL politicians would suddenly decide to act in the best interests of their constituents. Their first order of business: a complete overhaul of the tax system (I'm all for the FairTax, but I'm not sure even God could get that done).

4) I'll settle for peace in Iraq. But not just peace, but (in my best Episcopal way): peace and justice. After all, under Saddam there was peace, but justice was sorely lacking.

Hmmm...all the big tough creeps (of both genders) in the world who feel the need to beat pregnant women and shoot little schoolgirls would simply disappear off the face of the earth and cause no further pain.

While we're at it...lets cure all of the diseases that take people from our lives and let everyone die either quickly, or comfy in bed. Cancers, heart disease, etc...all vanished.

I would demand an account of all the hate and bigotry and separatism that has been committed in my name and strive to let everyone know that all paths and all beliefs are but parrallel roads to me.

Oh and I'd let everyone know I was a woman.

People would actually care for each other, not just because it is pc to do it, but because they really do.
Your worth would not be decided by what you weigh or what you look like or by how much money you have.
Every child would have somone who truelly took care of them and nurtured them, instead of parents who are only biding their time until the kid can get out of the house

I'd make chocolate calorie free!

World peace and all is well and good but i'm with frus Chocolate... calorie free? that'd be good.

I would stop the destruction of the rainforests and stop the human population from moving in on sensitive environments. I would also stop animals from going extinct. (unless by natural causes, not hunting or messing up their enviroments.)
I would also eliminate the need for oil and create a even better, cleaner way to fuel things.
I would get rid of the idea of races and just have the Human Race.

1) Miraculously everyone would have enough money to get through the month with enough left over to enjoy life a little but not so much that they loose appreciation for what they have.

2) Poof- Every home would be clean with out a speck of dust, every item put in it's proper spot, all laundry neatly put away, every counter, every floor sparkling.

3) The children would come home and start their homework with out having to be told. Homework **** would disappear. They would make their snack AND clean up after themselves. All sibling rivalry would cease to exist.


Life would be good.

They asked this question of the kids at our church school last week ~ the kids made a video with parents/teachers replying with the typical beauty pageant answers...world peace, etc. In between each parent/teacher, the kids would answer with things like everything made of chocolate, desserts only for dinner, etc ~ my favorite was the kid that said she would lower gas prices!!
