mellybelly~ That is nice that your friend's mom noticed your weight loss. It is the little things that count.

Since I ate off plan once this week... I might not see the numbers I want on the scale. My weigh in day is Wednesday. We shall see.

). I had oatmeal this morning, which was ok, but the scrambled egg whites and veggies yesterday left much to be desired (I think I went heavy on the veggies!). Any tips on how to make that more palatable?
Although with moving I sure did sweat. I see everyone is doing great.
