We live in a small town. We only have 2 grocery stores. Neither one had tofu. Dh asked about it and one of the stores ordered it for us. I guess we are the only ones in this town eating it. lol. SO, it might help to ask if it can be ordered.
Since Dh and I are both following the FS plan... I don't have any trouble with cooking the meals. I do have a 15 month old. But, he is still on finger foods for the most part. He does eat most of what we eat. I do try to incorporate more grains into his diet. He is supposed to be having 6 servings a day. Other than that... I don't do much different for him.

Are you sure its really YOU writing this and not ME? Ok, I gotta fess up. I JUST had a baby 19 months ago.

I also live in a small town but we do have a walmart and maybe I can find it there. There is no whole foods or Aisan market but we do have a farmers market. I will have to check that out. I dont eat much meat but I am a coffee drinker. I have never eaten the yellow of an egg so I am good there. I guess I need to put it all into play. I am excited to start, I wish the darn book would get here already.
