    Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage cheese w/tropical, decaf w/cream

    Lunch: LO ww macaroni w/veggies, sliced cucumber
    fruit salad (kiwi, blueberries, strawberries)

    Snack: banana, milk

    Pre-gym: cheese string

    Dinner: tbd (tired of LO chicken?) - maybe an omellette if nothing else available!

    l: salad greens with peas, green beans and tomatoes; 4 ounces chicken; ff salad dressing; water

    d: don't know yet...probably like lunch

    s: apple; veggies and ff dip; All bran bar
  • bf - applecake, banana
    lunch - 1pt roll up with turkey, carrot sticks and lentil soup
    snack - grapes and yogurt
    dinner - not sure??
