    B - Steel cut oats w/dried fruit and almonds, Coffee
    S - Green tea x 2
    L - WW Chicken Satay, V8 juice
    S - Yogurt, apple
    S - Orange
    D - Chicken Satay Sticks w/steamed vegies

    Exercise - Either yoga or walking the dog
    Water - 2.5LT!!

    I know. 2 chicken satay meals in one day. Wasn't very well thought out huh?

    L: Grilled cheese on wheat with cucumber slices
    D: Stuffed Green Pepper
    S: Apple with spleda and cinnamon

    WO: Walking at least 40 minutes but am going to try and get 60 in
    Water: 3 Liters

    B: green juice (fruit)
    2 slices of toast (those small pieces) w/ light butter
    nonfat latte w/ splenda
    L: salad
    grape tomatoes
    1/2 cup of egg whites
    S: gala apple
    D: green juice (veggie)
    grilled chicken breast if I'm still hungry

    workout: walk/light jog for 30-45 minutes this morning
    run for 30 minutes after work
    contemplating a hatha yoga class
  • S-coffee and milk; lf yogurt
    B/L (brunch)-2 egg omlette w/spinach, zucchini, onion, light toast w/ sf jam
    S-apple, 1tbsp pnut butter
    D-1c ww pasta and lots of homemade sauce, including spinach, zucchini, red bell pepper, onions, ground turkey, basil, oregano, garlic garlic garlic, and perhaps I'll put in the summer squash I have sitting in my fridge.
  • B: soy saugages and ff milk
    S: banana
    L: don't know yet going to lunch with a friend
    S: peach
    D: salad and veggie lasagna

    B: corn flakes and milk.
    S: fat free yogurt
    L: not sure yet, work is eating out.. but I'll get something healthy
    S: crackers
    D: either soup or low fat mexican food

    WO: at least 35 min cardio and do a couple rounds of weight circuit training
