I've just registered for the site today, however, I've been lurking around for quite some time. I know I do not have a lot to lose but I need the support just as much as anyone else. I have joined forums such as this before and I received a lot of negative comments. Hopefully, this will be a much more postitive experience.
The reason that I decided to join today is because I have a question. I have been stuck between 116 and 118 for the past 4 weeks and cannot seem to lose anymore. I keep going up and down but the scale will not budge below 116. I have included my fitday link where I eat between 1200 and 1300 calories on average. I drink 1.5 liters to 2 liters of water per day. I also walk on the treadmill 4 or 5 times a week at 3.5 mph at a 9% incline. One other thing I want to add is that I let myself have a cheat day once a week and I am wondering if that is possibly the reason that I am not losing. I do not go crazy but I do let myself have treats. Thank you in advance!
