New To This Site

  • Hello All! I'm new to this site. I've been searching and peeking around this site for a few weeks and I really like it. I'm looking to lose 50 pounds and I'm giving myself a year to do it. My biggest problem is bread, bread, bread and more bread!!! I also have a busy schedule with school, work and family...so it's hard to find the time to excercise. I hope I can get the motivation and support from this site that I'm looking for...

    I know what you mean about bread, its a huge weakness of mine too - along with cheese! I am not giving them up, it would be too difficult for me, but I am having them in moderation and counting them in with my daily calories.
